Yvonne is an absolute gem! We both feel so lucky to have found her as we were planning and preparing for our wedding day. We had a browse on her website, and loved the style of photos we saw, as well as her evident easy-going, family-loving nature. After meeting her for coffee, we knew we had to have her photograph our wedding!
On the day, and leading up to the day, she was so lovely and calm. Both my husband and I aren't the biggest lovers of being photographed, but it felt so easy and natural with Yvonne. She gave us direction when we needed it, but let us be ourselves and "in-the-moment" too.
The day after our wedding, we received some sneak peek shots (more than we were expecting!). It was so fun looking at them together as a now married couple, and reflecting on the day. About three weeks later we received all the rest of the photos! (We were Yvonne's first wedding of the season, hence the quick turn-around.) The photos are absolutely stunning! It was such fun looking at them and remembering our day, and seeing parts of the day that we didn't get to see in the moment.
Yvonne is oh so wonderful, extremely talented, and we genuinely wouldn't have wanted anyone else photographing our wedding. She is so warm, easy-going, creative and fun. Thank you Yvonne!!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Yvonne was our photographer for our wedding and I would recommend her to everyone. She was so lovely and so easy to work with, me and my partner are a little awkward in front of the camera and this felt so easy and a lot of the time it felt like she wasn’t even there. A lot of our guests also commented on how lovely she was. Yvonne also got us all of our 1000 photos from our wedding back to us within two weeks of our wedding which was so amazing!. She’s amazing at what she does and I will definitely be using her again down the track! Yvonne did our wedding and she was amazing throughout the whole process. Her easygoing but organised approach to it all - from our first meeting I knew we were in awesome hands. It was a pleasure to share our day with her - she made the photos fun, had done all her recce's so it was quick and enjoyable. The turn around with getting the photos back to us was hugely impressive as well - but this didn't mean the quality suffered. Far from it. So professional and beautifully edited. The pictures brought the day back to us in an instant. The reason we chose her was her eye with light and dark contrast - she does different from the ordinary wedding pics, arty without being too obstract, modern, contemporary and beautiful. Her use of space made the "standard" wedding pics something different and "wow". Everyone has complimented us on our pics -and there are so many to choose from. Yvonne is an amazing photographer - she shot our wedding on a super hot Wellington day in December 2017. She really understood what we were all about and scouted some perfect Wellington spots for our photos. The photos she took at the wedding are incredible, she caught every moment and got so many lovely shots of our family and friends.
